When does the word change?
At 8 PM Korea time, every day. Your tries refill then too, and that day's answer is revealed.
I am out of tries.
The five free tries come back one at a time, every 15 minutes. If you would rather not wait, you can watch an ad or spend blueberries.
What does 'Too far' mean?
Your word did not make the 1000 closest words to today's answer. Words that are not in the dictionary land here too.
Will I lose my record on a new phone?
Not if you link an Apple or Google account in Settings. Without that, your record only lives on that one device.
I want to change my nickname.
You can change it any time from the My page. The name already on today's ranking changes from tomorrow.
I want to delete my account.
Settings → Delete account removes it right away. If you have already deleted the app, follow the account deletion guide.
If that did not help
Email us at chuhongkyu@gmail.com. Tell us which device you are on and which version of the app, and we can look much faster. We usually reply within a few days.
